Choosing by intention without magical thinking
Choosing with intention does not mean believing an object has magical power. It means choosing something that helps you remember what matters and return to a quality you want to cultivate.
Magical thinking says: if I wear this, good things will happen. Intentional thinking says: this reminds me to be patient, steady, or clear, and that reminder helps me make better choices. The difference matters. One gives power away; the other returns attention to your own awareness and actions.
Start with clarity. Ask what quality you want to strengthen, not what result you want to force. Choose symbols that genuinely resonate with you, keep the intention simple, and remember that the object is a tool, not a solution.
