We want every Stillwood Atelier order to feel considered and carefully handled. This page explains how refund, return, exchange, damaged item, and order issue requests are reviewed.

Return request window

If you need to request a return or report an order issue, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.

Return eligibility

Returned items should be unused, unworn, clean, and in their original condition, with original packaging and any included accessories where possible. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Items that may not be returnable

Personalized, customized, final sale, hygiene-sensitive, or specially prepared pieces may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If a product has specific return limits, they will be stated on the product page or during order communication.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, email address, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Refund processing

Once a return or refund request is approved, we will explain the next steps. Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
